My name is Karah and I am so happy to have you here exploring my page! Photography means the world to me, and I love getting to put all my energy into what I love, because this stuff seriously feeds my soul and allows my creative side to flourish! When booking with me, my ultimate goal is to create quality work and an experience that brings all the right emotions every time.

I specialize in working with all natural lighting both indoor and outdoor, I am laid back while also being your hype woman in every situation, and I prefer to make my photos look clean, crisp, and vibrant while still keeping things true to their natural color tones. 

I do almost everything when it comes to this line of work, so whether you are looking for a wedding photographer or someone to take your portraits, I would be happy to help and have a variety of experience! We can go up in the mountains, downtown and urban, or even to your favorite local ice cream shop, I'm down for just about anything. I want to help your vision come true, and if you don't have one, I promise I'm always full of ideas and more than willing to work with you to find the perfect set up. I believe in an open line of communication and truly can't wait to meet you! Due to being a small business of one, I am able to give everyone I work with a personalized experience, which is one of the great benefits of not going the corporate route. 

What are my interests outside of photography? 

I'm a total romantasy nerd, and my bookshelves at home get more and more crowded every year. Recently, I've even converted one of my closets into a sound booth, and been trying my hand at audible narration, which has been a super fun challenge! In the summer, I love going on little adventures with my puppy Ember, who is the bestest girl except when she barks at the TV. In the winter, you will probably find me at an Avs game with my favorite oversized hoodie on eating dippin dots like it's my job, because I have a huge sweet tooth! All year round I love a good coffee shop or brunch place to meet up with friends to catch up on life. Family is really important to me too, and we try to get together most Sunday afternoons at our favorite lunch spot in town.

One last little tidbit about me is that I am very passionate about what I do, so expect to see that passion through my work! This is no 9-5 for me, it's 24/7, because when you love what you do like I do, it doesn't feel like work, it feels like a lifestyle that I want to be living.
